OLYMPIC EXPERIENCES – unique corporate events in the build up to London 2012
Team GB’s cyclists, sailors and rowers are some of our greatest Olympic heroes and we will be looking to them again in 2012 to continue that success.
With less than 2 years to go until the whole nation will be cheering and flag waving in support of our Great British Olympians we are offering unique ‘experiences’ with our Olympic Champions.
Examples:
- Cycle with Gold medallist Victoria Pendleton MBE at the Manchester Velodrome
- Sail with double Gold medallist Sarah Ayton OBE at the 2012 sailing venue
- Row with double Gold medallist Steve Williams OBE at the 2012 rowing venue
Every experience is hosted by an Olympic gold medallist who will give a short presentation about their career and an introduction to their sport. They will be involved in every part of the day from coaching to the prize presentation and will be on hand to answer all of your questions.
A typical day would be as follows (approx timings & variable dependent on sport):
08.00 – Arrive for an ‘athletes’ breakfast!
08.30 – Short presentation & introduction by the Olympian
09.00 – Get kitted out & pose for portraits with your Olympian
09.30 – Coaching begins
10.00 – First session on the water / track
11.00 – Break for hydration!
11.30 – Second session on the water / track
12.30 – Racing
13.30 – Lunch plus medal ceremony and prize presentation
14.30 – Finish

We have selected venues across the country to make the experiences available nationwide.
All venues have facilities to accommodate corporate guests.
